We use NASA Astronomical Data Centre star catalogue, that contains information about planets, nearly 100 million stars, 10000 deep-sky objects, comets and asteroids. This data comes from past and present NASA planetary missions, astronomical observations, and laboratory measurements. Together with precise algorithms, latitude, longitude and the time provided by you we accurately recreate the sky view.
You can verify the authenticity of our star maps using any open source planetarium software.
When you place an order for digital file, we mail you the same file we use for printing (High-Quality file) which you can print on a 300 gsm Artboard Paper and put on a frame of your choice.
You can print it on any size: A4, A3, A2. It won’t get blurry as we only provide high quality for Prints.
Each Star Map is custom made and shipped in 3-5 working days. Total delivery time is 6-9 working days for India. (Delivery Time may increase up to 15 days in special circumstances).

Sorry, since each star map is made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept return as we will not have any further use of the product.
In rare cases of damage during transit, we will send you a fresh piece at no cost.

If your order is processed then we won't be able to change the details or refund the money. So please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

We accept online payments via RazorPay, a safe and secure payments processor that accepts all credit and debit cards. We will soon be adding more online payment methods.
We do not provide Cash On Delivery service due to the customised nature of the product.
