  • Processing Time: Each star map is meticulously custom-made, and therefore, we require 3-4 working days to process your order, including the printing and framing of the star map. Once your item has been processed, you will receive tracking details to monitor its progress.

  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for your star map is 6-9 days*. We recommend placing your order at least 12 days in advance if you intend to gift it for a specific occasion. This precaution ensures that any potential delays caused by courier services, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters (e.g., floods) are accounted for.

  • Government Guidelines and Changing Regulations: Delivery will be conducted in accordance with government guidelines. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to constantly changing government regulations or natural factors like heavy rain, fog, or snow. In such cases, the delivery time may exceed the mentioned timeframe. Please be aware that no refund or return will be provided based on a dispute regarding the delivery time.

  • Operational Limitations and Pincode Service: It is important to understand that the operational limitations and capacity of the courier company can affect the service provided to different pincodes. As a result, service availability may change at any time. We will make every effort to communicate any changes in service availability promptly.

  • Custom Details and Order Accuracy: We strongly advise you to review and verify the accuracy of the custom details provided while placing your order. If you realize that you have made a mistake in the custom details, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing the order by reaching out to us at myframedstars@gmail.com. After this 12 hours window, you will be held responsible for any errors, and we will be unable to cancel or change the details. Please note that no replacements or refunds will be provided in such cases.

  • Third-Party Delivery Providers: We utilize third-party delivery providers to ensure the successful and timely delivery of your gift package. It is important to note that these delivery companies operate as independent third-party contractors. While we make every effort to select reputable and reliable delivery partners, there may be instances where delays occur that are beyond our direct control. Please understand that any potential delays in the delivery of your gift package do not provide grounds for cancellation of the order. As a company, we take responsibility for the services we provide, such as processing and preparing your custom-made star map. However, the delivery process itself is handled by external entities. We strive to maintain strong relationships with our delivery partners and work closely with them to ensure efficient and prompt delivery. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or issues that arise during the delivery process, we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.
