Reasonable grounds for cancellation

  • In an instance where a package received is damaged. In the following case, a customer has a legal right to demand repeated delivery of service free of charge.

 

If a customer has made any mistake, please contact our support team within the 12 hours of placing the order. If your order is processed then we won't be able to change the details.

    The company does not hold the responsibility of the shipping address has been filled up incorrectly.

    The customer has no grounds to cancel his or her order based on delayed delivery of the gift package. A company takes responsibility only for the services it provides whereas delivery companies are third party contractors.

    The customer has a full right to cancel an order in case of services of the company have not been fulfilled and it does not depend on the third party contract.
